What is the process?

Upload a pdf version of your document. Need help with that? Click here: Training Videos

Take a clear picture of your ID (Driver's license or Passport) That you can upload.

Take a 5 question quiz based on your past addresses etc. to prove your identity

You conduct a virtual meeting with the notary, utilizing your smartphone, PC with webcam or tablet. The notary will input dates and details. After inputting dates and details you will electronically sign the document. Once completed, the notary will sign your document and affix the notarization seal.

Finally, you receive a link by email to download your encrypted document!

You document is securely stored electronically for 10 years.

If you ever need to access a copy of your document again in the future it will be securely stored for you and available for you to download for 10 years.
