Refund Policy

Digital Services

Our services are digital and cannot be returned. Our notaries work diligently to be available for your notarization needs, and their time is valuable. Therefore, all correctly notarized documents are not eligible for a refund. If you believe your document was incorrectly notarized (e.g., the notary did not sign or apply their seal in the appropriate place), please contact us at info@proremotenotary.com. Documents with errors unrelated to the notarization itself are not eligible for a refund.

Service Fees

Processing and service fees are non-refundable. These fees are paid to our vendors and payment gateway. If you are eligible for a refund, the service fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again.

    1. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    2. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
